Sue Charles - Managing Partner
Sue is Managing Partner, leading the Life Sciences sector team. She was formerly co-founder and CEO of Northbank Communications, a highly-regarded Life Sciences consultancy, that was acquired by College Hill in October 2007.

She has over 20 years' communications experience, across financial, corporate, science and marketing communications and is regarded as an industry leader in Life Science communications. Notable campaigns include the launch of Dolly the Sheep.

In addition to communications experience, Sue has spent time as CEO of a biotech spin-out and has had a number of non-executive positions. She has a first class degree in Biochemistry from Oxford and an MBA.
